How to self-evaluate Self-evaluation is a process that everyone should strive to complete. Sometimes, it can be for a manager or performed at the company’s request, while other times, it can also be helpful to simply go through this process as a student. A self-evaluation is a useful tool to understand where strengths and weaknesses are.  The deeper the self-evaluation is, the more beneficial it will be in a workplace, study place or personal setting. During the course, I discovered the ways how to use social media tools, in relation with the blog, I learned about social ne

FINNISH WAY: PORO means REINDEER. Where to meet reindeers in Finland. (LA#2)

Image
The best way to meet Finnish reindeers (100% sure) is to visit the great reindeer farm in Finland. We truly recommend a trip to Ruka-Kuusamo, to Kujalan Porotila Reineer Farm! You can spend there the whole day with the reindeers and really nice owners of the farm. You can learn more about the place and about the owners by visiting their website:  https://www.kujalanporotila.com/  or by watching the video made by our  Finnish-Polish team in 2019:   Discovering Finland  . The video is introducing two Finnish companies, including Kujalan Porotila. The reindeer farm is worth of visiting also by families with kids! Children can make a real walk with a reindeer, learn on how to feed the reindeer and discover many other unusual rituals related to the life and care of these animals. 100% satisfaction guaranteed! Ruka-Kuusamo is still undiscovered by many Europeans - discover Finland with our help - you won’t regret it! Feel free to contact me via Contact Form in my blog :)

FINNISH WAY: discovering the digital identity. (LA#1c)

FINNISH WAY - there's a lot to learn about the digital identity... Today I was trying to catch up the  digital identity of Finn-Way. I can tell you: there is still NO   information about Finn-Way when you make a quick search in Google - sorry! No pictures, videos, no pages appear...NOT YET. I see 2 reasons for it:  1. The Finn-Way blog has just been launched and is brand new 2. There is a lot I need to learn about how to be visible in Google :) I will however try my best to change the visibility of Finn-Way during this year and bring interesting insights for people interested in the Finnish Way - the sustainable way of being and living.

FINNISH WAY: we have a big respect for VISIT FINLAND's website and social media! Visit Finland is (for me) the best Finnish organization using social media efficiently in their daily activities to promote "the Finnish Way of being and living". Of course many companies / organizations use social media as their communication channels but...find the links to my favorite, very different organizations below, as well as links to their social media which they use very well in order to inform about Finland and Finnish-Way of being and living: 1. FINNISH WAY: LAITURI means PIER.

FINNISH WAY: LAITURI means PIER.  Most of Finns are building their own piers if they only posses a house/summer cottage at the lake or river. Self-made products always mean a high quality and present the great skills of the head of the family ;)
